A supplier announcement on TTG Noticeboard lists Tourism Malaysia’s UK roadshow for Manchester on 28 October 2026 and London on 30 October. Registration starts at 9:30am, presentations at 10am and the programme ends at 4pm. UK buyers can network with participating Malaysian partners. Advance registration is requested; Malaysian seller availability and venues must be confirmed with the organiser.

What this means for your Malaysia programme

Tourism Malaysia reported 390,035 UK visitors in 2024, describing the UK as a leading European market. RTM reported a 500,000-visitor target for Visit Malaysia 2026 in June 2025; this is a target, not an achieved total. Tourism Malaysia’s 2025 announcement also highlighted London–Kuala Lumpur links with Malaysia Airlines and British Airways. Recheck current flight schedules when quoting.

  • With about three weeks remaining, ask Tourism Malaysia London or the organiser whether Malaysian DMC seller places remain, and confirm fees, eligibility and appointments before committing. If full, ask whether Hari-Hari’s profile can be shared with UK agents.
  • Prepare confidential B2B net-rate proposals in GBP, with exchange-rate validity, inclusions and cancellation terms: tailor-made FIT/GIT, Malaysia–Singapore, Kuala Lumpur with Penang or Langkawi, and Borneo extensions.
  • Offer separate education and MICE/incentive programmes. UK travel agents can contact Hari-Hari for hotels, guides, transfers and customised Malaysia ground arrangements, supplying dates, group size and budget.
