ITB Asia 2026: Malaysia DMC Partnerships in Singapore
ITB Asia on 21–23 October offers a timely platform to discuss Malaysia group tours, MICE programmes and Malaysia–Singapore travel partnerships.
Hari-Hari Travel · Published · Updated

ITB Asia 2026 is scheduled for 21–23 October at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore, alongside MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia. The organiser expects more than 1,500 buyers; this is a forecast, not confirmed attendance. Visitor registration is advertised as open. With eight days to go as of 13 October, Malaysian inbound operators can still assess a focused visit to develop 2027 agency relationships.
Check meeting access before registering
The official three-day visitor pass includes the exhibitions and conferences, an exhibitor directory and access to up to 33 meeting slots with exhibitors. Slots are opportunities, not confirmed appointments or guaranteed access to hosted buyers. Ask the organiser which contacts your pass can reach and whether meeting requests remain available before paying. Hari-Hari’s suggested approach is one representative with pre-arranged introductions, rather than assuming a late booth purchase will deliver qualified leads.

- Malaysia group tours: prepare a concise portfolio covering Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Penang and Langkawi, with hotel choices, private or group transport, meal options and clear net-rate conditions.
- Malaysia–Singapore programmes: show practical cross-border itineraries with travel time, arrival points and departure arrangements. Tailor the pace for families and private groups.
- MICE and education: prepare separate proposals for incentive groups and schools. Include meeting or learning objectives, group coordination and visits that require advance approval.
- Target relevant agencies from Singapore, Indonesia, China, India and Europe. Bring a company profile and 2027 B2B rates; record each lead’s market, group size, dates and agreed follow-up.
